What to expect in a 1:1 spiritual development session
On any level, your spiritual development session will be tailored to you and your needs. Rather than controlling the narrative, I hold a space as neutral as possible for whatever needs to come up. We learn the skill of true observation, one that requires space to be held around us to fully drop into. Each session included tike to gain clarity on your intentions and also time to debrief the experience that occurs. These sessions allow you to process through the mental, physical emotional and spiritual bodies, which creates real opportunity for change as these pathways stay with you forever. Subconsciously releasing you from societies constraints and returning you to your most deeply, authentic self.
