About Rebecca
I’m Rebecca, a solo parent, spiritual facilitator, artist, poet and creative consultant based in Chelmsford, Essex.
Over the past seven years, I’ve immersed myself in the world of holistic treatments and spiritual development to improve my own life as well as my young son’s life. I’m deeply committed to finding my own way through things and inspiring others to also seek their own truth rather than finding it in someone else.
I truly believe in the timing of everything working out exactly as it’s meant to: even if things feel uncomfortable or frustrating now, everything is unfolding as it should.

My work as a spiritual facilitator is centred around helping people to seek their own truth, expand their extra-sensory perception and live more authentically.
My women’s circles and private sessions offer a judgement-free space to explore whatever is going on in your inner world. I’m not here to heal you or to tell you how to live your life: I’m here to empower you with the tools, guidance and undisturbed space you need to find your own way and live your truth.
Each session is designed to include everything: the good, the bad and the ugly. Rather than controlling the narrative, I keep the space as neutral as possible for whatever needs to come up, then we can look more closely at what these thoughts and feelings are trying to tell us.

Alongside my work as a spiritual facilitator, I’m also an artist, poet and freelance creative consultant. I love getting involved in local community projects - I’ve even been commissioned by Chelmsford City Council to write a poem about my hometown.
